Returns & Exchanges
Please email email@example.com; include your order number to return or exchange merchandise. Once we receive your email, we will send you a return shipping label upon request via email. All received returns will be processed to your original method of payment; this may take two to three days after the date of processing your return. It may be up to two billing cycles to show up on your monthly credit card statements, the posting of which is out of our control.
All our items are shipped new, and individually packaged from our factory. If returned item is slightly damaged or used (heavily scented body and perfume odors), we will deduct 20% from your refunded payment.
We gladly provide refund or exchange exclusively for Dolma merchandise purchased specifically on our online orders, and physical locations within 14 business days of purchase.
Missing and defective merchandise:
- Call customer service within 14 days of receiving order at 650-853-0155
- We can send you a replacement or credit your account once the returns are received and processed
- Call tags will be issued for manufacturer's defect or incorrectly shipped items
Exchanges of non‐defective merchandise
Exchanges of items that are not damaged or incorrect will be handled on a case by case basis.
- Exchanged merchandise must be received in the condition in which it was shipped, in original packaging, with labels or tags in place, in unworn condition.
